COOPERSBURG, PA, 3.6.2023 – Tom Parish has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, reporting to CEO, Wayne Jeveli. As SHELLBACK continues to expand a global footprint, it makes sense to grow a stand-alone marketing department capable of telling our story to the industry and the world.

Tom will take over all strategic marketing, communications, media and public relations, partnerships and deploy global marketing strategies.  With Tom’s industry knowledge he’ll focus on increasing SHELLBACK’s brand awareness, customer engagement, and visibility in support of organizational growth.   With Tom’s focus on marketing expansion the organization will see a huge impact both internally and externally on combining the strengths of Rite Track and OEM Group into one cohesive brand under SHELLBACK Semiconductor Technology worldwide.
