Rotor Order Information

We recommend rotors balanced for amount run the majority of the time. 50 and 75 wafer rotors need to be balanced full.
Note: 8-16 mil, Thin Wafer Sleeve Recommended. Under 8mil - No guarantee for breakage.

Note: Cassette or Clamshell and dummy Product need to be sent in to SHELLBACK Semiconductor Technology immediately as to not delay the balance and shipment of your tool or rotor order.
